Standard Conditions for Private Lessons (as set by the MTAQ)
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED LESSONS

LESSONS MISSED
Through the pupil’s non-attendance will be charged for unless circumstances, in the teacher’s opinion, warrant a special concession.  24 hours notice must be given by the pupil/parent for the missed lesson to be made up at the teacher’s convenience.

LESSONS CANCELLED BY THE TEACHER
will be made up at a later date or carried forward.

STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ENROL FOR ONE SEMESTER (2 TERMS) AT A TIME

NOTICE TO DISCONTINUE at the end of the term
must be given in writing not later than the first lesson of that term, otherwise the fees for a full term will become payable.
Where special circumstances are apparent an arrangement may be made if in genuine hardship.

ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE 
ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST LESSON OF EACH TERM or (unless other arrangements have been made in regard to payments.) LESSONS WILL BE DISCONTINUED AND FEES FOR HALF A TERM (5 Lessons) WILL BECOME PAYABLE.
